Our Southern Lemon Icebox Pie is a true taste of old-fashioned southern baking. Back in Nana's Day, this classic pie was chilled in the icebox to set, giving it its famous name. Made with fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and a rich, creamy filling, each pie is poured into a buttery graham cracker crust and chilled to perfection for that smooth, refreshing texture. It’s a bright, refreshing dessert that brings back memories of homemade treats and southern hospitality.
